About Athverge

What Athverge is, and what it refuses to be

Athverge comes out of the Fit&Focus Coaching practice. Below: why the app exists, why it is this quiet, and who it is too heavy for.

Why this app exists

Anyone who trains seriously and tracks their food often runs two apps that know nothing about each other. One knows what you eat, the other what you lift, and nobody connects the two. That connection is where the work actually is: your calories should move with your trend, your volume with your phase, and your recovery with both.

Calm, and free of gamification

No confetti, no badges shouting for attention, no "transform your body in thirty days". The app does its job and keeps quiet. What you need to make a good decision is there; the rest is not.

Who it is for

For the independent, serious athlete: someone who already trains, already tracks their food, and notices their current app is too thin. The app is heavy on substance, and we do not hide that. If you just want to move a bit, this is not the right place.

Two names, two things

Athverge is the app. Fit&Focus Coaching is the practice the guidance comes from. You can use the app independently without ever touching the practice; anyone who does want guidance will find it at fitenfocuscoaching.nl.

Would you rather have guidance with it?

The coach side is built in for anyone who wants it — no second app, no export to another system. Fit&Focus Coaching works with this app.
