Delete account
Deleting your Athverge account
You can have your account and your data deleted without opening the app. This also works if you have already removed the app from your device.
In the app
- 1Open Athverge and go to More.
- 2Choose Privacy and data.
- 3Choose Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
Email info@fitenfocuscoaching.nl from the address on your account with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account within thirty days and confirm when it is done.

- Your profile, email address and sign-in details
- Your food diary, training sessions and cardio sessions
- Measurements, health values and wearable data
- Progress photos and profile photo
- Chat messages and check-ins
What stays briefly
Billing records we are legally required to keep remain for as long as tax retention rules demand. They are detached from your account and are no longer used to identify you inside the app.
Take your data with you first
Deletion is final. If you want to keep your data, use the data export in the app first: it hands you every table.
